International Card Centre |
 Our
global China Xpress Credit Card Clearance Centre is planned
to be headquartered out of Singapore and will occupy a floor
area of 100,000 sq.ft. It is here where all our global operation
planning, execution and servicing of all China Xpress banks
and non-bank members outside the PRC is intended to be carried
out. This centre will employ 200 staff including 50 IT staff
for its programmes, operations and maintenance work. |

PRC Card Centre |
| Our
PRC cXpress Credit Card Clearance Centre is planned to be based
in Guangzhou. This centre is intended to provide all China Xpress
Card services to all PRC banks. Services are planned to include
card clearing, payment systems, bank card design, marketing
and promotion programs, customer service, card launching, credit
risk managing and credit cardholders' spending programs. |

Hong Kong Card Centre |
| Our
Hong Kong China Xpress Credit Card Centre and Online Credit
Card Limited, a company controlled and managed by China Xpress
Pte Ltd, plans to provide international debit cards, credit
cards and prepaid cards to PRC members. This centre will not
only design special segment cards for its China and global operations
but also serves as a customer service centre to its PRC members
in Hong Kong. |
