Xpress intends to open training centres in 10 major countries
where cXpress has operations.
China
Xpress Management Training Centres will provide training for
new managers. Training encompasses travel business management,
financial planning, knowledge of travel products and sales
and marketing. The objectives of the Training Centres are
to cultivate new managers to better manage their departments
and ensure profitability.
It
will offer a one time comprehensive training, ranging from
starting a travel branch or franchise to a wholesale operation.
Additionally, refresher courses will be provided yearly and/or
on request of all China Xpress associates, officers and members.
China Xpress Branch - Manager Training
The training centres will provide
training for Branch Managers of China Xpress Travel companies.
Training focuses on Branch Managers who have no experience
in the travel business and refresher training for existing
Branch Managers.

Xpress Franchise Store - Store Training
The training centres will provide training for new franchisees.
Training will include knowledge / know-how of travel business,
management skills, systems and methodologies to ensure that
the business is run professionally and profitably.

Xpress - Specialised Project Training
The training centre will provide customised project training
related to the tourism industry, which includes hospitality
logistics, travel and tours, transportation and finance.

Xpress - Travel Planner Training
The training centre will provide training to full and part-time
planners handling individual, family and business travel.
All planners are required to attend a refresher course conducted
on a yearly basis.
